Delete your LayKyal account
LayKyal operates the LayKyal mobile app. You can delete your account and its data at any time, whether or not the app is still installed.
If you still have the app
Open Profile → Account → Delete Account and confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.
If you have uninstalled the app
Message the official LayKyal page on Messenger at m.me/LayKyal and ask us to delete your account. Include the username or email address the account was registered with, so we can identify it. We will confirm once it is done.
What is deleted
- Your email address, profile photo, date of birth, and gender are erased.
- Your display name is replaced with “Deleted Account”.
- Your sign-in is removed, so the account can no longer be used to log in.
Comments you posted stay visible in the app, shown as “Deleted Account” rather than under your name.
What is kept, and for how long
Your prediction and reward records are kept indefinitely, in a form that no longer identifies you. Reward draws have to remain auditable after the fact — who won which prize is a record we cannot responsibly erase, so we separate it from your identity instead of deleting it.
